Your privacy matters. This explains what Skinlikeb collects, how it is used and how it is protected when you visit skinlikeb.com, book, buy or get in touch.

01  What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email and phone number, booking and purchase details, consultation and intake answers, newsletter signups, form submissions and messages.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site and how you found us, through cookies and analytics tools such as Wix Analytics.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

 

02  Client and treatment records

Consultation notes, treatment records and before and after photos are kept in Boulevard, our secure client management system. Skinlikeb operates under the medical direction of Jessica Barfield Doto, NP, who reviews records as part of our medically supervised framework. Your records and photos are never used for marketing without your written consent.

 

03  How we use it

• To confirm and manage appointments and purchases

• To answer your questions and requests

• To send updates or newsletters you signed up for

• To improve the website

• To keep accurate records and protect your account

 

04  Payments

Bookings and payments are handled through Boulevard and its secure payment processor. Your billing details are used only to complete your transaction. Skinlikeb never sees or stores your full card number.

 

05  Text messages

With your permission, we send appointment texts such as booking confirmations and reminders. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Standard carrier rates may apply. Texts are never required to book, and your phone number is never shared or sold.

 

06  When information is shared

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that run the studio: Boulevard for booking, payments and client records, Wix for the website and forms, and our email provider. We may also share information when the law requires it.

 

07  Cookies

Cookies help us understand site traffic and improve how the site works. You can turn them off in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

 

08  Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, unsubscribe from emails, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@skinlikeb.com. Residents of California, the EU and the UK have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR, and we honor them.

 

09  Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and access is limited to the people and services who need it. No website or system can promise perfect security.

 

10  Website terms

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to copy or reuse its text, photos, logo or design without permission. All content belongs to Skinlikeb and is protected by copyright.

Skinlikeb provides cosmetic services only. Nothing on this site is meant to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Please see a licensed medical provider for medical concerns.

 

11  Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
