Every appointment at Skinlikeb is reserved just for you. By booking, you agree to the policies below.

Effective September 2026

 

01  Consultation fee & payment

Every new client begins with a private consultation. A $250 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment.

• When you are treated the same day, the $250 applies toward your treatment total.

• The fee cannot be applied toward retail purchases.

• A valid card on file is required for every booking.

Skinlikeb may charge the card on file in line with this policy.

 

02  Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Changes made within 48 hours forfeit the $250 fee.

• Same day cancellations and missed appointments count as late cancellations.

• A new fee is required to rebook after a late cancellation.

This policy is applied the same way for every client.

 

03  Late arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your treatment or mean rescheduling. If there is not enough time left for your full treatment, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

 

04  Treatments

All treatments are final sale. Every plan is customized to your skin, and results vary from person to person, so treatments that have been performed are not refunded.

 

05  Retail

All skincare and retail purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit.

 

06  Payment disputes

By booking, you authorize Skinlikeb to charge your card in line with these policies. Chargebacks or disputes that conflict with this policy will be contested using your signed agreements and booking records. Skinlikeb may decline future appointments for anyone who disputes a charge made under these terms.

 

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these policies.
