“Skinlikeb was built for people who want expertise, strategy and continuity of care. Not facials.”
I have been practicing esthetics since 2012, and almost all of it has been spent in rooms where skin is taken seriously: luxury spas, medical practices and advanced aesthetic clinics in New York City and Beverly Hills, working alongside cosmetic dermatologists, plastic surgeons and medical aesthetic providers. That is where I learned that great skin is rarely about one treatment. It is about assessment, sequencing, and the discipline to adjust as the skin responds. It is about knowing when to do more, and just as importantly, when to do less.
Every plan I build is customized, layered and designed for the long game.

Skinlikeb is a private skincare studio in the Financial District, built for one client at a time. Every client begins with a detailed consultation covering current concerns, skin history and long term goals. From there, advanced exfoliation, professional technology and restorative care are selected based on what your skin needs, then adjusted as it responds over time.
Brittany also collaborates with physicians, device innovators and respected skincare brands, a reflection of her commitment to education and elevated, evidence based care.

Jessica Barfield Doto, NP
Medical Director and Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner
Jessica began her medical career in 1988 and brings more than three decades of clinical experience to her role as Medical Director. She earned her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and her MSN from Monmouth University in New Jersey, and is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her background includes emergency care, flight nursing, hospital medicine and intensive care. Since 2006 she has focused on medical aesthetics, building and leading practices in New Jersey and New York, and she is the founder of Galvanic in Ithaca, New York.
At Skinlikeb, she provides medical oversight of studio protocols and standards of care.

Every Skinlikeb client starts with a private consultation with Brittany. Consultations are $250 and apply toward your visit when you treat the same day.
Individual results vary. Skinlikeb provides cosmetic skincare services within the New York State esthetics scope of practice.
