Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Skinlikeb, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

The deposit is applied toward your same-day service total

The deposit cannot be applied toward retail purchases

A valid card on file is required for all bookings

Skinlikeb reserves the right to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are considered a late cancellation

A new deposit is required to rebook
No exceptions will be made.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling. If we are unable to accommodate your full service time, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Service Refund Policy
All services are final sale.
Due to the customized and clinical nature of treatments:

Retail Policy
All skincare and retail purchases are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies and authorize Skinlikeb to charge your card in accordance with them.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes made in violation of this policy will be:

Contested with signed agreements and booking records

Subject to additional documentation and administrative follow-up
Skinlikeb reserves the right to refuse future service to any client who initiates a dispute in bad faith.
