I am a Master Aesthetician with 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in corrective work, combination therapy, and long-term skin transformation. My background spans luxury spa settings, medical practices, and advanced aesthetic clinics in NYC and Beverly Hills, allowing me to work with complex skin conditions and a discerning, high-profile clientele.

My work centers on precise assessment, advanced modalities, and a deep understanding of how skin responds over time. Every protocol is customized, layered, and built with a long-game approach to correction and aging.

Jessica Barfield Doto

Medical Director
Jessica began her medical career in 1988 and brings over three decades of clinical experience to her role as Medical Director. She earned her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and her MSN from Monmouth University in New Jersey. She is board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Her background includes emergency care, flight nursing, hospital medicine, and intensive care. Since 2006, she has focused on medical aesthetics and IV micronutrient therapy, building and leading practices in both New Jersey and New York.

She is the founder of Galvanic in Ithaca, NY and now serves as Medical Director where she oversees clinical protocols, advanced aesthetic treatments, and integrative health and wellness services. Her approach blends regenerative aesthetics with functional medicine to support skin health, hormonal balance, and long-term vitality.
