Where skin meets intention.
I’m Brittany Blancato — a passionate, results-driven aesthetician based in New York City, working alongside renowned cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Jason Emer. With over a decade of experience across holistic spas, medical clinics, and high-tech skin labs, I blend beauty, science, and strategy to deliver transformations that are anything but surface-level.
I got my start in upstate New York, graduating from the Aesthetic Science Institute in 2012. My early years were rooted in the holistic world — think guided meditations, upper-body massage, and European-style facials at luxury wellness retreats like Mohonk Mountain House. By 2015, I shifted into medical aesthetics, specializing in body contouring and nonsurgical fat reduction, while also working as a traveling makeup artist for Jane Iredale and FACE Stockholm.
In 2017, I made the leap to NYC. For two years, I commuted four hours a day from Hudson Valley to Fifth Avenue — determined to build something bigger. Just as I relocated in early 2020, the world shut down, and I was laid off days after arriving. With no esthetic jobs in sight, I applied to surgical tech school, ready to pivot but not give up.
Right before orientation, I got one last call — a position at a facial plastic surgery office in Midtown. I said yes. And with that fresh start, I created SkinlikeB — a platform that would become both my portfolio and my brand.
Today, I work at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. I’ve done clinical educating for Cartessa, training providers on the eastcoast in advanced laser technologies. I’ve partnered with Hydrafacial- and rang the bell at NASDAQ, served on Alastin Skincare’s product development team. I’ve built an A-list clientele and have been featured in Vogue, NewBeauty, InStyle, RealSelf, and Cosmopolitan.
My goal? To simplify the complex. I believe in high-performance skincare, modern technology, and treatment plans that make sense. Whether I’m treating skin, educating providers, or sharing honest advice online, I’m here to help you feel confident — and completely in control of your skin.
